After spending hours trying out different camera’s, asking a million questions, and weighting out the pro’s and con’s: I ended up getting the Canon PowerShot G10. I wanted something that was a few steps up from what I had, but that wouldn’t overwhelm me with features I don’t know enough to utilize. I wanted something that was a little more compact and portable than the Powershot SX10IS, and I wanted a rechargeable battery. This camera seemed like the perfect compromise for me and I can’t wait to start using it!
14.7 megapixels
5x optical zoom
28mm wide angle
optical image stabilizer
face detection technology
digic 4
3” LCD screen
30 fps/VGA video
1cm/0.4in. macro
ISO 1600
and more more more!
